As a Professional organisation I would expect maximum courtesy from clients as I operate a full courtesy towards “you” my clients to ensure a consistent business relationship.

Gregor Wright Golf reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Lesson Bookings

– All lessons must be paid for at time of booking via: Via Online Booking System, Bank Transfer (Please contact GWG for BACS details), Cash or Cheque (restrictions apply).
– Group sessions; payment must be made at time of sign up to secure chosen slot. Failure to make payment in time, will result in the slot being re-allocated.
– All golf lessons are undertaken at the customers risk and shall have been approved to be deemed fit by their general practitioner to carry out movements associated with the sport of golf. GWG is fully insured through the P.G.A. to carry out coaching / instruction.

Lesson Vouchers

– The expiry date for all golf lesson vouchers is 12 months from the date of issue which can be found on the voucher – no extensions available.
– Any special lesson packages may differ from this, but will be otherwise stated on the voucher issued.
– All golf lessons and golf lesson vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
– Gregor Wright Golf is not responsible if lesson vouchers are stolen, destroyed or mislaid.
– If you find that through illness you are unable to take your lessons within the time scale set out above please contact GWG immediately to discuss a course of action and arrange any confirmed extension.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

– A client cancelling a golf lesson directly with GWG must be received by email [email protected] within 24 hours of the lesson date. If the full notice is not given then the client will lose that particular lesson forming part of their package or full payment of the lesson fee.
– A client cancelling less than 48 hours of a scheduled lesson will be liable for 50% of the lesson fee or part of their package total.
– In retrospect of “potential” weather cancellation, the client should contact GWG to check on course conditions if in doubt. Any lesson deemed to be detrimental due to Health & Safety concerns may be cancelled at short notice by GWG
– If sudden illness prevents the client from attending their lesson outside the above periods please call GWG, which may consider an allowance for a period.
